    Strongwater has been on my list for a very long time and it truly did not disappoint! I made a reservation on OpenTable the day before with lots of availability. The staff was super kind and welcoming, although we did wait a while for our check. The menu had a ton of different options that all sounded fantastic, I would love to come back to try more of their tapas items! I tried the 1913 cocktail which was a combination of watershed gin and grapefruit, which was super refreshing and sweet! We split two entree items, including the buratta and the cheeseburger. Honestly, the burger was so fantastic! Describing the burger sauce as a grown up, classy, sexy mac sauce the space was quirky and quiet, perfect for a first date or for group conversation!

    Went for dinner and a drink on an early Saturday evening. It wasn't too crowded but the space is very trendy (kind of a mid century modern vibe). There are several small private rooms that would be good for a small gathering. I ordered the razzle dazzle cocktail - not too sweet or sour but a great flavor (raspberry liqueur) - you could tell it had alcohol/Prosecco but it was not overwhelmingly strong. We split the cheese burger (cooked medium) and buratta. Both were quite tasty and the focaccia the buratta came with was delicious! Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is that the food was a touch expensive for what you got.

    Great first experience at Strongwater! Parking: free & available in the dirt lot right next door. Good: excellent! I got wings, and somehow they were piping hot the entire time it took me to eat them. They were cooked perfectly, too. Note that the flavors below the wings aren't different sauce options-- they're all on there. Not what I expected when I asked for the garlic because they were pretty spicy, but I loved them! Service: good! Food came out timely. The bartenders and waiter came by and asked if we needed anything. Super personable, but laid back atmosphere. Seating: indoor and outdoor seating options. Indoor has bar options with high tops, tables, and the more intimate seating with walls in between them for bigger groups.

    Divine. Such a fun find. Razzle Dazzle got me twice. Risotto sourdough bread with honey. Wow. Spicy chicken sandwich rocked. Simple. Fun. And yes diff so give it a try. Menu is one page. You can't go wrong. We loved it!
